Can I add someone to my title registration?

Only individuals on the contract can be added to the title.

Do you finance motorcycles, recreational vehicles, luxury vehicles or houses?

We do not offer financing for motorcycles, recreational vehicles, luxury vehicles or houses.

What are your insurance requirements?

Please refer to retail installment contract. If a deductible amount is listed you are required to maintain comprehensive and collision insurance with Woodlands Financial Services as the loss payee and lien holder.

Which credit reporting agencies do you report my account information to?

Woodlands Financial Services sends updated information on your account to the following credit reporting agencies: TransUnion and Equifax on a monthly basis or more frequently if necessary.

Does Woodlands Financial Services provide personal loans or Mortgages?

No.  Woodlands Financial Services does not provide personal loans or mortgages.

How can I find out what my payoff balance is?

Payoff quotes are available Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Central time.

Does Woodlands Financial Services offer a grace period for payment?

We service the retail installment contract that you signed with the selling dealer.  We will follow all the terms of the contract that you approved and signed when you purchased the vehicle.

How do I get a repair check from my insurance company endorsed?
  1. As soon as you have an accident, please contact Woodlands Financial Services immediately.
  2. Your account must be current.
  3. The vehicle will need to be inspected. (We prefer physical inspections but will review with pictures confirming the license plate and VIN #, photo must contain full view of vehicle.)
  4. Must have current insurance.
  5. Please submit a copy of repair estimate and invoice.
  6. Provide copy of ID of the person/s that will be picking up the insurance check.
  7. Endorsement Authorization from customer if repair shop is bringing insurance check to be endorsed.
