Governing Law and Enforceability
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be in an appropriate court located in the County of Montgomery, State of Texas, and the parties unconditionally waive their respective rights to a jury trial. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any of these Terms of Use, or a portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Terms of Use, and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. Payment Services
The payment services (“Payment Services”) being offered on this Site are being established for the use and convenience of the customers (“Customer”) of Woodlands in meeting their payment obligations. The Payment Services are governed by the Site’s Terms of Use. Use of the Payment Services by any person who is not a Customer of Woodlands or acting for or on behalf of a Customer is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Websites
The Site contains links to websites controlled or offered by third parties. Woodlands disclaims liability for any information, materials, products, or services posted or offered at any of the websites linked to the Site. In creating a link to a third-party website, Woodlands does not endorse or recommend any products or services offered or advertised on those websites. The privacy policy of such third party may differ from that of Woodlands and the third-party website may provide less security than the Site.
Customer Payments
You as a Customer are responsible for the full amount of the balance due on your account. To ensure your account is properly credited, refer to your contract and welcome package in completing the information on the payment form – account number, name, and payment amount due – or contact us for further assistance.
Under the Payment Services, you can make your payment by authorizing a withdrawal from your bank checking or savings account or by using your bank debit card or a credit card.
Payments will be applied and credited effective the date the payment is actually made and will be posted to your account on the next business day.
Past Due Payments and Late Fees
If the payment you are making is past due, you are urged to CONTACT Woodlands on the next business day to confirm the receipt of your payment and stop any collection or recovery efforts that may already be underway.

If your payment is late or past due at the time it is made, you may be obligated to pay late fees as set forth in the contract purchase agreement for your vehicle. Payments are applied first to late fees and penalties, and then to your regular payment due. If you have questions on the amount due or how your payment will be applied, call or contact us at the address shown above.
Credit Reporting Disclosure
We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
Woodlands is licensed and examined under the laws of the State of Texas and by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Office of Consumer Credit Commission.
